In september 2019 ging OHIS van start in de garage van Christophe Bontinck. Wat begon als een ambitieus eenmansproject, groeide uit tot een dynamisch bedrijf met een duidelijke missie: klanten ontzorgen met betrouwbare hijsoplossingen en ergonomische systemen.<\/p>

De garage werd al snel te klein. In maart 2020 verhuisde OHIS naar een \u201cHall Relais\u201d van IDETA in de industriezone Orientis te Ghislenghien. Deze locatie gaf ons de ruimte om te groeien en onze technische activiteiten verder uit te bouwen. Maar anno 2026 bereiken we opnieuw de limieten van de huidige infrastructuur.<\/p>

Nieuwe bedrijfshal in Orientis 3<\/strong><\/h3>

Daarom realiseert OHIS vandaag een gloednieuwe, moderne bedrijfshal in Orientis 3. Op 5 september werd de eerste spade in de grond gestoken. Intussen vorderen de grondwerken en ruwbouw door ICM en Wanty volgens planning.<\/p>

We kijken ernaar uit om onze intrek te nemen in dit gebouw, dat niet alleen praktischer is voor onze dagelijkse activiteiten, maar ook veel ecologischer.<\/p>

Duurzaamheid centraal<\/strong><\/h3>

Samen met AAVO Architects kozen we voor:<\/p>

  • duurzame materialen<\/li>
  • energiezuinige technieken<\/li>
  • maximale inzet van hernieuwbare energie<\/li>
  • waterdoorlatende verhardingen voor o.a. parkeerzones<\/li>
  • landschapsinrichting die fauna en flora versterkt<\/li><\/ul>

    Ruimte voor groei\u2026 ook voor andere bedrijven<\/strong><\/h3>

    De nieuwbouw werd bewust ruim gedimensioneerd, met toekomstige uitbreidingsmogelijkheden.<\/p>
